1. Turn suddenly and stop violently

2. The excavator is still working even if it is parked and tilted too much.

In this way, the engine oil pressure will not be supplied. It is not a big deal once in a while, but it will cause high engine temperature in the long run.

3. After work is stopped, is there any excavator parked anywhere regardless of whether it is flat or not?

As promised for safe operation, the engine oil had to be checked and the water drained out the next morning.

4. Turn on the air conditioner and don’t close the windows or doors.

If the temperature in the cab cannot be lowered by opening the windows and doors, the cold pump will not jump. If it does not jump for a long time, the cold pump will malfunction. On the other hand, there is a lot of dust, and the expansion valve absorbs dust. The low airflow of the air conditioner is probably caused by the clogged expansion valve. .

5. Just start the excavator and start working

The water has not been drained yet. If the water reaches the oil-water separator, if it is not drained, it will enter the oil pump. The oil pump will suffer a big disaster.

6. Turn off the excavator immediately when it stops

The engine temperature is too high and the water in the engine cannot circulate in the water tank, especially in summer.
