Release Date:10.30.2023

The steps to start and ignite the small excavator are as follows:

Check fuel and lubricants:

Make sure the fuel and lubricant levels of the mini excavator are within the normal range.

If you need to add fuel or lubricant, follow the manufacturer's instructions.

To adjust the control levers and seat:

Adjust the control levers and seat to suit your body position and operating needs.

Check the power switch:

Make sure the power switch is in the off position.

Start preheating:

If the small excavator has a diesel engine, it needs to be preheated. According to the manufacturer's instructions, turn the key to the preheat position and hold it for a few seconds before turning it to the start position.

If the excavator has a gasoline engine, there is no need to preheat.

Start the engine:

Turn the key to the start position while depressing the clutch or brake pedal, and the engine should start.

Check the dashboard:

Once the engine is started, observe the lights and gauges on the dashboard to make sure they are all functioning properly.

To heat the engine:

After a cold start of the engine, allow the engine to idle for a period of time to allow it to reach the proper operating temperature before work.

Please note that the above steps are general guidance only and specific steps may vary between models and manufacturers. Before operating the excavator, be sure to read and follow the relevant user manual and safe operating instructions
